You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use k1gam. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform. k1gam may request proof of age at any time.
Each player may hold only one k1gam account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may be closed with balances forfeited. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
All deposits, bets and withdrawals on k1gam are processed in Pakistani Rupees. JazzCash, Easypaisa and approved bank transfers are the accepted payment channels.
Fraud, match-fixing, collusion, use of automated tools and bonus abuse are all prohibited. Accounts engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended and balances reviewed.
k1gam provides deposit limits, session caps and self-exclusion tools. Players are encouraged to use them. If gambling is causing harm, these tools are available at any time without restriction.
By registering a k1gam account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k1gam ("k1gam", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the k1gam platform at k1gam.net, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the k1gam platform. Your continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account on k1gam and to participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform. k1gam strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. k1gam reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage and to suspend or close an account pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to a minor will be forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The k1gam platform is directed at English-speaking players in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. k1gam makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside its intended markets. Players accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and k1gam accepts no liability in connection with such access.
2.3 Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on k1gam. The registration of multiple accounts by a single person — regardless of whether different names, mobile numbers or payment methods are used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. k1gam reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your legal name and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information throughout the life of your account. k1gam may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or as part of anti-money laundering ("AML") procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.
3. Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k1gam login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify k1gam immediately at the support email if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. k1gam will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
Your k1gam account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any rights under it to any other person. Any attempt to do so is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
4.1 Currency
All financial transactions on k1gam — including deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals — are denominated and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k1gam does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted by k1gam:
k1gam reserves the right to add, remove or modify accepted payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players where practicable.
4.3 Deposits
Deposits are credited to your k1gam wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. k1gam is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages or bank processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
4.4 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. k1gam reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the payment method selected and verification status of the account.
4.5 Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties or levies imposed by applicable law on your winnings. k1gam does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf unless required to do so by law.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on k1gam are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game, as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific game or betting rule, the specific rule shall prevail in relation to the relevant game or bet.
Bets are final once confirmed. k1gam does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where k1gam exercises its rights under these Terms — for example, in cases of obvious pricing error or technical malfunction. k1gam reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a system or human error.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including live dealer games, slots or RNG table games — k1gam will use its reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets will be refunded to the player's k1gam wallet in PKR.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on k1gam and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
k1gam reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold or confiscate balances pending investigation, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
8. Responsible Gaming
k1gam is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations seriously in that regard.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered k1gam players at any time through their account settings:
k1gam will not knowingly permit a self-excluded player to access the platform during their exclusion period. However, it is the player's responsibility to refrain from registering new accounts during any self-exclusion period. k1gam encourages all players who feel that gambling is adversely affecting them to seek assistance from responsible gaming organisations.
Players must be 18 years of age or older. This requirement is enforced at registration and k1gam may request verification documents at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the k1gam platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game content and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of k1gam or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written permission of k1gam.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k1gam and its officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunction, service interruption or any other cause beyond k1gam's reasonable control.
k1gam's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Privacy and Data
k1gam collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering a k1gam account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in that policy. k1gam does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
12. Amendments to Terms
k1gam reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on their account or by a notice on the platform. Your continued use of k1gam following the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms always supersedes all previous versions.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the k1gam platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which k1gam is licensed and operated. In the event of a dispute between you and k1gam, you should contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. k1gam is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral body designated by the applicable licensing authority. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.
